Q2: Why can't I connect these security cameras to my WiFi?

A2: Before connecting, please make sure that your router is 2.4Ghz. If it is a dual-band model, you need to temporarily turn off the 5Ghz network, and also please check if your WiFi password is correct. Select "Camera" in the App when connecting.
